If you apply for a job/position on our website, dedicated Arvato employees will store and process the information and personal data you provide. If you are a fit profile for our opened position you will be contacted by our Human Resources department on one of the contact details you provided. In order to start the recruitment process our HR representative may ask additional personal information and data if needed to ensure you are a suitable candidate. The consent given by you on our website for storing and processing your data will also be valid for all personal data you provide during the recruitment process.
WHAT TYPE OF INFORMATION IS COLLECTED FROM YOU
AUTOMATICALLY RECORDED DATA (Non-Personal Data)

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA
Arvato Services S.R.L. maintains a database with potential candidates. All the data has been collected from candidate applications or employees, provided by the data subject directly. Whenever we have job openings, we refer to our database to contact the potential candidates.
We keep your data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it has been collected.
Please keep in mind that in certain cases a longer retention period may be required or permitted by law.
DO WE COLLECT DATA FROM CHILDREN?
We do not control who is using our website, therefore we do not intentionally store data of children under the age of 16.
